From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm and welcoming: cute, lively ambiance with friendly staff who make you feel like family. Weekends get busy (expect a wait, but it's 100% worth it), and service shines—shoutout to servers like emily and Normie who keep things attentive without hovering. The menu is a standout. Their **Birria Machaca Omelette** is legendary—tender, slow-cooked birria folded into fluffy eggs with that rich, savory depth that hits different. It's a game-changer if you're into bold flavors. The **Breakfast Enchiladas** come smothered in an incredible green sauce that's tangy, slightly creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too spicy but packed with taste. Pair it with their potatoes (even if you're not usually a potato fan, these are flavorful and addictive). Don't sleep on the classics either: the **Traditional Breakfast** with perfectly cooked eggs, toast, and those cooked potato’s is reliably excellent. Pancakes are fluffy and generous, French toast is often called the best someone's ever had (crisp edges, custardy center), and the **Chilaquiles** (especially divorciados with both red and green sauces) deliver that ideal crunch-to-soft ratio with fresh toppings. Drinks deserve their own praise—the coffee bar is legit, with options like Spanish lattes that are smooth, sweet, and comforting. Mimosas, micheladas, and creative non-alcoholic drinks round out a fun brunch lineup. Portions are hearty (bring home leftovers), prices feel fair for the quality, and everything tastes made with care. If you're in the Inland Empire area and want brunch that feels special without pretension, Gina’s is a must. Go hungry, leave obsessed, and probably already planning your next visit. Easily 5 stars—my new go-to spot.
